Alcoholics Anonymous (413) 443-0212, Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.

Allies in Recovery AIR is an online learning platform for families with a loved one struggling with drugs or alcohol.

Clinical and Support Options (413) 236-5656, Clinical and Support Options Inc. is a non-profit community organization behavioral and mental health agency providing therapy, counseling, and supports in Western Massachusetts. Today the CSO employs nearly 700 multi-disciplinary staff, helping thousands of families throughout Western Massachusetts.

Department of Mental Health (413) 395-2000, The Department of Mental Health as a State Mental Health Authority, assures and provides access to services and supports to meet the mental health needs of individuals of all ages; enabling them to live, work, and participate in their community.

Massachusetts Substance Use Helpline (800) 327-5050, Monday – Friday 8 a.m – 10 p.m, Weekends and Holidays 8 a.m – 6 p.m. A public resource for finding substance use treatment and recovery services.

Berkshire County Nar-Anon (413) 443-4377, “A 12-step program for families and friends of addicts”. Schedule of local daily meetings is available on the website.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (413) 443-1666, (800)-950-NAMI (6264) NAMI HelpLine can be reached Monday through Friday, 10 am–6 pm, or Text NAMI to 741741 for 24/7 support, The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Berkshire County is a community based, non-profit organization to support, educate and advocate all those in Berkshire County whose lives are affected by mental illness. NAMI Berkshire County provides information, referrals, classes, workshops, support groups, and advocacy to family members and caregivers of people living with mental illness.

Service Net (413) 585-1300, Service Net works with people who are living with mental illness, developmental disabilities or autism, brain-injury, substance abuse or addiction issues, or the hardships of homelessness.  Service Net has grown to include more that 100 different programs and services.

Swift River Rehabilitation 24/7 Hotline: (844) 906-0978 – Local to Pittsfield, “Swift River Rehab is a residential drug and alcohol treatment center and can be instrumental for those who have fought substance addiction that co-occurs with mental health conditions”.
